How does payment work?

All you have to do is pay ONCE on this page, and then the recurring $10 payment will be withdrawn from your designated bank account every week.

Can I get a refund?

If you wish to cancel your membership you are free to do so at any moment, however there is no refund guarantee for previous payments.

What equipment will I need?

Specific equipment is not necessary, however come with a towel and water bottle, and any other equipment that may be helpful (ie exercise bands, light weights, medicine balls etc). Jacob Templeton will do his best to specify prior to each workout what equipment would be helpful.

Where and when will the workouts be posted?

Once you register you will be invited to a Facebook Group, and every week at the specified time there will be a LIVE workout for you to follow along to. If you cannot make the live, the recording will be posted.

What level do I have to be to be coached?

All healthy individuals can join, however please remember that if you have any previous injuries or current health-related problem, please let Jacob Templeton know or avoid exercises that may trigger these problems (read the terms and conditions).
