How does payment work?

The payment occurs via direct debit after the initial purchase. After this, you will be debited monthly unless you cancel your subscription.

You can cancel subscription at any moment after the initial purchase. There are no refunds once payment is processed.

Where will I acquire the programs?

Programs will be sent to you via your nominated email address after your initial purchase. After this, you will be emailed 10 more programs exactly one month after the initial purchase.

What level do I have to be to participate in these programs?

These programs are recommended for people who swim regularly, and are capable swimmers looking to improve on their fitness, speed and enjoyment.

Will the workouts contain all strokes?

Yes. There are many opportunities within each workout for you to choose your desired strokes.

Will the workouts be adaptable and will there be room for me to adjust to my liking?

Yes. The workouts will have options for you to exercise adaptability and you are - as always - free to adjust as you wish.
