What level do I have to be to be part of this course?

This course is for all levels of experience, ability & background. There is general information provided for inexperienced individuals, and advanced drills, progressions and fixes for those who have been swimming for years.

Can I access all resources from the start of the course?

You will IMMEDIATELY be able to access module 1 after purchase, and every 3 days after that you will be able to unlock a new module. The reason for this is to limit rushing through the course - so you can solidify learning and practice the learned skills.

Can I access course materials and resources once I have finished each module or the course?

Yes, you can! If you have any issues with this, lett me know - but my plan is for people to use these materials for as long as they like!

What is included in this course?

This course has 4 modules which cover each of the competitive swimming strokes. Involved in each module is a breakdown of the stroke, information on the kick and pull components, education on breathing & timing, as well as drills, progressions, issues and fixes!.

How long does each module take and what is included?

Each module will take a minimum of 60 minutes and includes lectures, fact sheets, PowerPoints, questionnaires and much, much more! You can start and pause the course at your own leisure.
